We can design and produce ceramic dies & moulds from 20X20mm to 1200X2400 mm series. Our dies and moulds can fix all the presses included: SACMI, SITI(B&T), WELKO, NASSETTI, LAEIS, HLT, KEDA, RNH.
1. Dies and moulds design
We can design the Ceramic dies and moulds for polished tile, glazed tile, rustic tile, polished glazed tile. We can design according to different powder material, different compression rate.
2. Corperation with other machinery partners
Now we cooperate with the famous Ceramic Machinery Group such as HLT, MODENA, KEDA to research and develop our products. Now, HLT develope for the biggest Press for 16800Ton in China, we cooperate to offer the dies and moulds for this Press, mould size will be 1200*2400 mm. The famous Ceramic brand Monalisa factory are very satisfied for this cooperation for them to develop the big size tile area.
